I had no idea cruise planning could feel like this.
Cys isn’t just a cruise planner — she’s part detective, part hype woman, part bodyguard (especially against seasickness and overpriced “deals”).
I showed up overwhelmed.
Too many options. Unclear dates. A bodybuilding show to schedule around. And a Mexico family trip right after.
But from the first call, she made it feel easy.
Fun, even.
She wasn’t pushy.
She just listened — like really listened — to what we cared about:
Not getting sick.
Having fun on the ship, not just off it.
Getting good food, decent gym access, and enough quiet moments to actually unwind.
She even gave us green apple hacks, nasal swabs, insurance recs (not the garbage cruise line kind), and insider tricks like how to get free seasickness meds without going to the medical deck.
I legit felt taken care of.
And the best part?
She found us a deal where both of us could cruise — with a balcony — for less than one of us should’ve paid.
(I’m still confused how she pulled that off.)
